This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of the Terms of Service of ArtByBearded AB (org. nr 559558-0985) and applies to everyone who uses Outvori (the "Service"). Breach of this AUP can lead to paused sending, suspension, or termination, and may be reported where the law requires.
Business outreach only
The Service is for business-to-business outreach only. You may only use it to contact people in their professional capacity, about your own business or, if you are an agency, about a client's business under a written mandate. You may not use the Service to contact consumers, for political or fundraising outreach, or for any personal purpose.
Lawful basis for contacting people
- Every recipient must be a business contact, and you must have a lawful basis for each message. For B2B outreach in Europe this is usually legitimate interests, and you must be able to show a balancing test on file, or consent where the law requires it.
- National rules on B2B email differ across the EEA and elsewhere; some countries require opt-in even for business addresses. You must follow the rules that apply to the recipient and to you — including ePrivacy and anti-spam law wherever the recipient is based.
- You must be able to show where a contact came from and on what basis you may contact them, on request.
Prospect data sources
- Allowed: licensed B2B data with documented provenance, publicly listed business contact details used in line with their source terms, and your own opt-in or existing business contacts.
- Prohibited: lists scraped from sites or profiles that forbid collection, data harvested from personal profiles or private groups, personal (non-business) contact lists, and purchased lists without documented lawful provenance. No purchased or scraped spam lists, ever.
- Re-contacting a suppressed or opted-out address is prohibited, including by re-importing it under a new file.
Sending rules the Service enforces
The Service applies these rules at send time. They support this AUP but do not replace your own legal duties:
- A message can send only after a person approves its draft in the review queue.
- Test mode blocks real sends: a campaign's full sequence must go to the workspace test recipient and be confirmed before any real contact can receive anything.
- Suppressed recipients are refused at send time.
- Hard bounces suppress the recipient automatically. A mailbox that exceeds the daily bounce threshold is paused automatically. Soft bounces are recorded but do not suppress.
- Every outgoing message carries an unsubscribe link and one-click list-unsubscribe headers.
- SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records for the sending domain are checked before sending; a send is refused when they are missing.
- Sending limits and timing apply: per-mailbox daily caps, a warm-up ramp for new mailboxes, gaps between sends, and sending windows. Current values are shown in the product.
Unsubscribe and suppression
- Unsubscribes must be honoured everywhere and immediately. The Service does this for you: an unsubscribe (through the link, the one-click header, or an unsubscribe reply) adds the address to the workspace suppression list and stops all running sequences for that contact.
- Suppression is binding. You may not remove or re-import a suppressed address to contact it again. Suppressed entries are matched on hashed values so that re-imported copies are still refused.
- Suppression entries are kept so opt-outs stay honoured, including after a contact record is deleted.
- Every message must make clear who is sending it. Your real business name and an accurate sender identity must appear in the message.
Complaints and thresholds
- Complaints are honoured through the suppression list: a complaint recorded against an address blocks future sends to it like any other suppression.
- Quality thresholds (complaint, bounce, and unsubscribe rates) are protective limits, not targets. The automatically enforced threshold today is the daily bounce rule above.
- We may tighten thresholds for a specific workspace where its history justifies it, with notice.
Prohibited content and conduct
You may not use the Service to draft, send, or promote content that:
- Is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading, including fake offers, fake endorsements, or a misrepresented sender identity or affiliation.
- Is spam: bulk messages without a lawful basis, repeated messages to the same recipient, or messages with no clear commercial purpose.
- Contains or links to malware, phishing pages, scams, or pages built to harvest credentials or payment data.
- Promotes illegal goods or services, controlled substances, unlicensed financial products, weapons, or adult content.
- Is defamatory, harassing, or hateful, or that targets individuals with abuse.
- Infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others.
- Impersonates another person, business, or brand, or uses look-alike domains to deceive recipients.
- Evades suppression, opt-outs, blocks, or sending limits in any way.
AI-drafted content follows the same rules. You are responsible for reviewing it before use.
Mailbox and account rules
- Connected mailboxes stay under your account and your mailbox provider's terms and API policies (Google, Microsoft, or your SMTP/IMAP host). We are not responsible for actions your provider takes against your account.
- Do not share accounts or credentials, attempt to access data outside your workspace, probe or attack the Service or other customers, or use the Service to distribute personal data without a lawful basis.
- Report suspected vulnerabilities to contact@outvori.com rather than disclosing them publicly.
Enforcement and reporting
Consequences escalate with severity and history:
- Warning and a required review of targeting, content, or list quality.
- Automatic pause: a mailbox is paused at the daily bounce threshold; a campaign or send is refused when a gate fails. Pauses can apply without prior notice.
- Manual pause of a mailbox or campaign, or suspension of a workspace, for repeated or serious violations.
- Termination of the account for wilful, illegal, or repeated abuse.
Serious violations (illegal content, phishing, fraud, data theft, deliberate spam) lead to immediate suspension and may be reported to authorities or to affected platforms and providers.
We may investigate suspected violations and pause activity while we investigate. To report abuse from the Service, write to contact@outvori.com and include the message headers or the content in question. Questions about this AUP: contact@outvori.com.
Changes to this policy
We may update this AUP. Material changes are announced by email or in-product notice at least 30 days before they take effect, except where faster action is needed for a legal obligation or an active abuse pattern.
