Sending: volume versus guardrails
Instantly's model is volume at a low price. Its Outreach Growth plan was listed at $47 a month for 5,000 emails, and Hypergrowth at $97 for 125,000 emails, on 2 November 2026 (the page also showed Hypergrowth at a higher figure in one place, so check it). You can connect as many mailboxes as you like and rotate between them.
Outvori is deliberately slower. Each mailbox sends at most 30 cold emails a day after warm-up, every campaign email carries your company name, postal address and an unsubscribe link, and a spam complaint or a jump in bounces switches your workspace back to manual approval. Gmail and Yahoo both ask bulk senders to keep spam complaints under 0.3% (Google, Yahoo), and low volume per mailbox is the simplest way to stay there.
