Parties and acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are between ArtByBearded AB (org. nr 559558-0985), registered at Regementsgatan 44, 831 35 Östersund, Sweden ("we", "us", "our"), and the business customer that creates an account ("you", "Customer"). Contact: contact@outvori.com. The Service is marketed as Outvori at outvori.com (the "Service").
By creating an account, clicking to accept, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm that you can bind that organisation, and "you" means that organisation.
The Service is sold to businesses only. You must act in a commercial or professional capacity. Consumers may not use the Service.
The Service
Outvori is a multi-tenant outbound sales CRM. Each customer works in its own workspace. A workspace provides, among other things:
- Contact and company records (the CRM), with import from CSV files and a dry run before any import is written.
- Campaigns: multi-step email sequences for business contacts, with enrolment, scheduling, and per-step sending.
- Mailbox connections: Google, Microsoft 365, or generic SMTP/IMAP. Email is sent through the mailbox you connect, under your mailbox provider's account and terms.
- AI-assisted drafts for each step and suggested replies. Drafts enter a review queue and must be approved by a person before anything can send.
- Unsubscribe handling: every outgoing message carries an unsubscribe link and one-click list-unsubscribe headers. Unsubscribes are written to a suppression list and stop all running sequences for that contact.
- Bounce handling: delivery failures are detected and classified. Hard bounces suppress the recipient. A mailbox that exceeds the bounce threshold is paused automatically.
- An inbox for replies, with automatic classification (reply, unsubscribe, out-of-office) and suggested replies that also require approval.
- Deliverability checks: before sending, the Service checks the SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records of the domain you send from and refuses the send when they are missing.
- Sending rules enforced at send time: an approved draft, a recipient who is not suppressed, a connected and unpaused mailbox, passed deliverability checks, daily limits and warm-up ramps, and an open sending window.
- Data protection tools: export of workspace or contact data, erasure with a 7-day undo window, per-workspace retention settings, and a legal-hold switch.
- An append-only audit log of key actions (imports, suppression changes, sends, membership changes, data protection actions).
- A pipeline (deals) with stages, notes, tasks, and activities on the same record as the outreach.
Pilot and test mode. Outvori is currently in pilot. In the current build, all sending runs in test mode: no campaign can send to real contacts until its full sequence has been sent to the workspace test recipient and confirmed in the product, and live sending to real contacts is not enabled yet. We will state clearly when live sending becomes available.
We may add, change, or remove features. If we materially reduce the core functionality of a paid plan, we will give notice and, where required, a refund for the unused period.
Accounts, workspaces, and users
You must give accurate registration information, including your organisation number where requested. You are responsible for your account credentials and for the actions of every user you invite into your workspace. Workspace roles (owner and member) control who can change settings and send. Remove users who leave your organisation.
You may not share accounts, attempt to access another workspace, or probe or attack the Service. Report suspected vulnerabilities to contact@outvori.com rather than disclosing them publicly.
Your data and your responsibilities
You keep ownership of the data you put in the Service: contact and company records, campaign content, and mailbox connections ("Customer Data"). You give us permission to host and process Customer Data only to run the Service for you.
You are the data controller for the personal data of your prospects and contacts. We process that data as your processor under the Customer Data Processing Addendum and the Privacy Policy. You must have a lawful basis for every contact you upload and every message you send. The Acceptable Use Policy sets the rules for outreach and is part of these Terms.
You are responsible for the content you approve and send, including content drafted with AI assistance. AI output is a draft only and can be wrong; a person must review it before use.
Your connected mailboxes are subject to your mailbox provider's terms, including API and acceptable-use policies. We are not responsible for the provider's service, limits, or account actions.
Fees and billing
Fees, plans, currency, billing cycle, taxes, and any usage limits are presented to you before you take out a paid subscription and form part of these Terms for your subscription. Prices exclude VAT and other taxes unless stated otherwise.
Refunds: statutory rights are unaffected. Any specific refund terms are those shown when you subscribe.
Availability and support
We provide the Service with reasonable skill and care. Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, the Service is provided without an uptime guarantee, and planned maintenance may interrupt it. Support is provided by email at contact@outvori.com.
We do not guarantee delivery to inboxes, reply rates, or any business result. Delivery depends on your mailbox provider, your domain configuration, and the recipient's systems.
Intellectual property
We own the Service: software, documentation, and our brand assets. You own your Customer Data and your content. Feedback you give us may be used to improve the Service without obligation. During the term, we may name you as a customer in our marketing unless you tell us not to in writing.
Confidentiality
Each party keeps the other's confidential information secret, uses it only to perform under these Terms, and protects it with reasonable care. Confidential information does not include information that is public, independently developed, or rightfully received from a third party without a duty of confidentiality.
Data protection
For prospect and contact data you provide, you are the controller and we are the processor. For account, billing, and platform operation data, we are the controller. The Privacy Policy explains what we process as controller. The Customer Data Processing Addendum sets the processor terms for your prospect data.
The Service is hosted in the European Union, and Customer Data is stored there. Email you send travels over the public internet to the recipient's mail server, and email in connected mailboxes is processed by your mailbox provider wherever that provider operates. Sub-processors are described in the Privacy Policy.
Retention of Customer Data follows the workspace retention settings and the deletion terms in the Customer Data Processing Addendum and the Privacy Policy.
Warranties and disclaimers
We provide the Service as described in these Terms. Otherwise the Service is provided "as is", and we exclude implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or warranties that cannot be excluded by law.
Liability
Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Each party's total liability under these Terms is capped at the fees paid by you in the 12 months before the claim arose. This cap does not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, or to your payment obligations.
Suspension and enforcement
We may pause a mailbox, stop a campaign, suspend a workspace, or terminate the account for breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Where reasonable, we notify you and allow a remedy first, unless immediate action is needed to protect recipients, the Service, other customers, or legal compliance. Automatic pauses can apply without notice (for example, when a mailbox passes the bounce threshold).
Term and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, you can export Customer Data through the Service's export tools. Deletion follows the erasure flow and the retention settings, including the 7-day undo window before a deletion is final. Suppression entries are kept in minimal, hashed form so that opt-outs stay honoured.
Sections that by their nature should continue (confidentiality, data protection, payment obligations, liability) survive termination.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will announce material changes by email or in-product notice at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not accept a material change, you may stop using the Service before it takes effect.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes are resolved by the courts of Sweden. Mandatory law rights are unaffected.
