This page explains, in plain language, how Outvori handles personal data and what rights you have. The full, formal details live in our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service. If anything here conflicts with those documents, they govern.
The short version
- Your data is stored in the European Union.
- We process prospect and contact data for our customers, on their instructions. For account and website data, we are responsible ourselves.
- AI helps draft messages. It never sends one — a person approves every message.
- Every outreach message carries an unsubscribe link, and opt-outs are honoured everywhere and cannot be undone by re-importing a list.
- The product includes data export and erasure tools, so requests can be handled quickly.
- We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your prospect data to train AI models beyond producing output for your own workspace.
Whose data is whose
Outvori is a business tool, and data protection law treats different data differently.
- If you are a prospect or contact of a business that uses Outvori, that business decides why your data is used. They are the "controller". Outvori processes the data for them, as a "processor". To use your rights, contact that business — we help them answer you.
- If you have an Outvori account, work in a workspace, or visit our website, ArtByBearded AB is the controller for your account and platform data.
What we do with personal data
For our customers' prospect and contact data, Outvori stores and processes what the customer puts in: contact details, campaign and email content, replies, and deal notes. It is used for one purpose: running the customer's outreach — sending email through their own mailbox, scheduling sequences, organising replies, and reporting.
For account data, we use your details to run your account, bill you, keep the Service secure, and help you when you ask.
How we protect it
Data is hosted in the European Union and travels encrypted. Workspace data is isolated from other workspaces, roles limit what each team member can do, and key actions are recorded in an audit log. Mailbox credentials are stored encrypted. We hold no external security certification and claim none — we would rather describe what we actually do.
Your rights
If we hold your data as a controller, you can ask us to:
- See your data and get a copy of it.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Have your data erased when we no longer need it.
- Restrict how we use it, in the cases the law allows.
- Get your data in a portable format.
- Object to processing, including marketing — we act on marketing objections immediately.
- Withdraw consent at any time.
Write to contact@outvori.com and we will respond within one month. If you are a prospect of one of our customers, contact that company instead — we help them respond, and the product's export and erasure tools let them handle your request.
You can also complain to your data protection authority. In Sweden it is the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY). We would like the chance to fix the problem first.
Unsubscribes and suppression
Every message sent through Outvori carries an unsubscribe link and one-click unsubscribe headers. When someone opts out, they are added to a suppression list that blocks future sends across every campaign, and any running sequences stop. Suppressed addresses are matched in hashed form, so re-importing an old list cannot bring them back. That is deliberate: a "no" stays a "no".
AI and your data
Outvori uses AI to draft messages and suggest replies. Drafts are never sent automatically — a person approves each one. Fixed elements like unsubscribe links are never AI-generated. We do not use your prospect data to train or fine-tune models beyond producing output for your own workspace.
