How to delete your account and its data
- In the Service: open Settings and delete the account and workspace. Everything listed under "What gets deleted" below is removed.
- By email: write to contact@outvori.com with the subject "Delete my data" from the address on the account. We may ask for a short confirmation that the request is genuine.
Deletion requests are completed within 30 days of confirmation.
What gets deleted
- Your account, workspace and team memberships.
- Company and contact records, campaigns, drafts, inbox messages and uploaded brand material.
- Mailbox connections and the stored credentials for them (deleted immediately on disconnect).
- Generated content (AI drafts, research and creatives) that is linked to your workspace.
What is kept, and for how long
- Invoices, payment records and accounting entries are kept for 7 years, as required by Swedish bookkeeping law.
- Records needed for an open dispute, abuse investigation or legal obligation are kept only as long as that matter requires.
- Encrypted backups age out within 30 days: "Backups are kept for up to 30 days and then deleted."
Revoking social platform access
- Facebook and Instagram: open the platform's Settings, then Business integrations (or Apps and websites), find Outvori and remove it. You can also email us and we disconnect it on our side.
- LinkedIn: open LinkedIn's Settings, then Permitted services (or Data privacy, Third-party apps), find Outvori and revoke access. You can also email us.
- Disconnecting a mailbox inside Outvori removes its stored credential immediately.
Meta / Facebook app data
If your data reached us through the Facebook or Instagram integration (for example a page you manage), deletion follows the same route above: email contact@outvori.com with the subject "Delete my data", or use the in-app deletion request. We confirm completion within 30 days.
