This policy explains the cookies used on outvori.com. Outvori is a service from ArtByBearded AB (org. nr 559558-0985), Regementsgatan 44, 831 35 Östersund, Sweden, which is the controller. Questions: contact@outvori.com.
Necessary cookies are always on because the site cannot work without them. Analytics and marketing cookies are optional: they are only set, and Google and Meta are only contacted, after you accept them in the cookie banner. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Chapter 9, Section 28 of the Swedish Electronic Communications Act). Refusing has no effect on what you can do on the site. The signed-in app does not use analytics or marketing cookies at all.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with (also in the footer of every public page). Withdrawing stops further collection and deletes the analytics and marketing cookies on this site.

Analytics cookies (optional)
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are visited and which steps of the free brand scan, sign-up and pricing pages work. Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, which processes the data on our behalf. We send page paths and the events listed below; no names, email addresses or website addresses you scan. IP addresses are not logged or stored by Google Analytics 4. Google signals and ad personalisation are off.

Marketing cookies (optional)
We use the Meta pixel to measure whether our ads on Facebook and Instagram lead to visits, brand scans, sign-ups and purchases, and to show those ads to people likely to find them useful. Provider: Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland. For collecting and sending this data, ArtByBearded AB and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited are joint controllers; Meta is responsible for its own processing afterwards (see Meta's Privacy Policy at facebook.com/privacy/policy). The pixel sends the page address and the events below together with technical browser data; we do not send names or email addresses.

Events we measure
- A free brand scan is started or finished (finished scans count as a lead with Meta).
- The sign-up form is started or completed (completed sign-ups count as a registration with Meta).
- The pricing page is viewed, and a plan is chosen on it.
- A subscription checkout is completed (plan, period and price in USD).
Transfers outside the EU
Google and Meta may process data in the United States. Their US parent companies, Google LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc., participate in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and the providers also use the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
