Use this if your email ends in @gmail.com, or you read your company email at mail.google.com. Connecting a mailbox never sends an email by itself.

Steps
- Open Mailboxes. Under Which option is me? pick I use Gmail or Google Workspace.
- Press Connect Gmail.
- Google opens its own sign-in page. Choose the account you send from and allow Outvori to send email and read replies.
- You land back on Mailboxes with the mailbox connected.

What Outvori can and cannot do
Outvori asks Google for two permissions: send email, and read email so replies and bounces show up in your inbox here. Outvori never sees your Google password, and you can remove access at any time in your Google Account under Security, or by disconnecting the mailbox here.
If the button says the connection is in review
Google has to approve apps that send email. Until that is finished, the card says the connection is in review. Meanwhile you can connect with an app password through Any other mailbox (SMTP/IMAP) - pick Gmail / Google Workspace (app password) in the list. Google only gives app passwords when 2-Step Verification is on.
After connecting
Outvori checks your domain's SPF and DKIM straight away. Both must pass before anything is sent. If one is missing, follow Add SPF, DKIM and DMARC records.
