Use this if you read your email at outlook.office.com or outlook.com, or your company runs Microsoft 365. Connecting a mailbox never sends an email by itself.

Steps
- Open Mailboxes. Under Which option is me? pick I use Microsoft 365 or Outlook.
- Press Connect Outlook.
- Microsoft asks you to sign in and accept the permissions (send mail, read mail, stay signed in).
- You come back to Mailboxes with the mailbox connected.

Why not an app password?
Microsoft turns SMTP password sign-in off by default for newer organizations, IMAP app passwords are not possible, and Microsoft is retiring password sign-in for SMTP. The Microsoft sign-in keeps working and Outvori never sees your password.
"Need admin approval"
Some companies only allow apps an IT admin has approved. If Microsoft shows Need admin approval, send this page to your IT admin: they approve Outvori once for the organization, then you connect as normal.
After connecting
Microsoft 365 needs SPF and both DKIM selector records (selector1 and selector2) to pass before Outvori sends. See Add SPF, DKIM and DMARC records.
